Patiria House

"Patiria House" is a stone-built traditional house which was completely renovated recently. It is located next to Ormos Panagias on the peninsula of Sithonia, and is an ideal choice for those who want a holiday with privacy.
Great attention has been paid to the decoration to preserve the traditional color without compromising in luxury. It consists of one bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living room, WC/shower and a veranda that leads directly to the lush garden. It can accommodate up to 4 persons as there is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The house has air conditioning (A/C), satellite TV, washing machine and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, cooking utensils and microwave oven. In the garden you will also find a covered barbecue. A car parking space with a sunshade is available for our guests.
Within walking distance there is a super market for your daily shopping, while the location of the house gives you easy access to the sandy beach of Trani Ammoudia (Livrochio) and Ormos Panagias where you will find taverns by the sea.
